Local Offer and Annual Reports
Local Offer
As required by our regulator, the Tenant Services Authority, we have developed a ‘Local Offer’ in consultation with our tenants which we published in April 2011. This supplements the general requirement that we meet the six National Standards set by the regulator.
Our Local Offer recognises the different needs of our tenants by making specific commitments on services which benefit different sections of our tenants group.
All of our commitments are backed up with information that shows tenants how well we have met the commitments we have made.

Annual reports
NHH publishes two annual reports each year – one designed for tenants and one for stakeholders in general.
The Tenant Services Authority lays down certain requirements for the Annual Report to Tenants which focuses on our range and delivery of services.
The general Annual Report is aimed at all stakeholders gives a wider review of our activities and is accompanied by our Report and Financial Statement which contains our audited accounts.
