Equality & Diversity
North Hertfordshire Homes is committed to providing a service for the whole community.
As part of this commitment we have a three year equality and diversity action plan. Progress against the targets within this plan is monitored regularly by a staff group headed by the Director of Operations who delivers a report to Board.
Additionally to comply with regulatory requirements, NHH has published specific schemes for disability and gender equality in November 2008. These were developed in association with tenants and each has with associated actions plans.
One year on, we have published our first annual review of progress against these plans.
