The organisation has three divisions. Finance and Resources deals with treasury management, accountancy, insurance and IT support. The Operations Division covers neighbourhood services, response repairs and supported housing. The Property Division deals with planned maintenance, improvements, heating, and design. The Chief Executive manages human resources, performance and quality and development.
