Complaints
We recognise that sometimes, we may fail to meet your expectations and the standards we set for ourselves. We will investigate all complaints thoroughly and deal with any issues promptly. We will regularly review all complaints received together with any other
customer feedback in order to learn from them and make any necessary changes to our services.
