A consultation event was held in January 2008. all feedback has been passed to our Architects and the planning application has now been submitted. This can be viewed on the Council's website http://www.north-herts.gov.uk
Development Plan
North Hertfordshire Homes is working in partnership with North Hertfordshire District Council, The Howard Cottage Society and McCann Homes on a regeneration project for Ivel Court. The proposals include the provision of a range of new housing, a new community facility and two new retail units.
