St Albans Property Purchase Scheme

NHH continue to purchase properties in and around the St Albans area. These are being allocated to people nominated by St Albans District council but will be managed by NHH staff from our Hitchin Office.
The Scheme
North Hertfordshire Homes are currently buying 10 properties a year on the open market in the district of St Albans. The properties are then improved to a good standard and let to people on the St Albans City and District Council’s Housing Register.
This scheme is jointly funded with St Albans City and District Council.
The Site (Local amenities, Transport etc)
The properties purchased are within walking distance of local shops, community centre and facilities.
Local Authority nominations
All properties have been let to people nominated by St Albans City and District Council.
