Future Developments
North Hertfordshire Homes currently has the opportunity to develop over 600 homes at various locations in North Hertfordshire, Stevenage and St Albans over the next three years (to 2010). Most of these homes will be for rent, but around one third will be homes available for shared ownership (part-rent/part-buy).
However we are actively looking to increase the number of homes that we build, and even to expand into neighbouring districts.
