What is an Emergency Repair?
An emergency repair is something that if not tackled immediately could cause serious damage or put tenants at risk. Typical examples include:-
• Total loss of power.
• Blocked sewers.
• Severe storm damage.
• Flooding, including major plumbing faults.
• Securing property
• Total loss of heating (at certain times of year for vulnerable tenants)
Please note that when responding to an emergency, we will only carry out essential work to prevent the situation becoming worse. Any repair work will not normally be possible until the following working day.
