Planned Maintenance

Our Planned Maintenance team are responsible for all the on-going cyclical work and improvement programmes carried out by NHH. These include our kitchen and bathroom upgrades, door and roof replacements.

The planned maintenance to your home consists of a five year cyclical External Redecoration and Repair programme and various improvements works programmes. These programmes will enable North Hertfordshire Homes to provide well maintained homes for its tenants into the future and also meet the Government Decent Homes targets.

Our Commitment to Improvements

Part of our commitment to tenants when we were formed in 2003 was to provide and manage good quality homes that people would be proud to live in. We have been making massive improvements spending in excess of £80 million on new kitchens, bathrooms, central heating, security doors etc.

What this means for you

Every five years your home will be inspected externally and any repairs and redecoration required will be carried out.  All our properties have been divided into 5 areas and the work in these areas are programmed as follows.
