Management Accountant*
This is a key role within our Finance team where the successful applicant will be responsible for the management of the Development Accounting, Treasury and payroll functions.
Reporting to the Director of Finance, you must ensure that the company is able to meet its corporate objectives through the provision of innovative and appropriate financial information solutions. Providing accurate and timely information to the development team in relation to development scheme expenditure, you will prepare budgets and forecasts as well as facilitating the production of monthly management accounts and other financial performance information.
The successful candidate will be CIMA, ACA or ACCA qualified with a proven background of experience dealing with long term contracts or contracts on a large scale. you may have previous property development finance experience altough this is not essential. However, what is very important is that you have highly developed inter-personal skills with keen attention to detail and an appreciation of the impact of the responsibilities of this role on broader organisational strategy,
Enthusiastic and driven, you will be educated to degree level or with ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
