- Proposed New Development at Pelican Way -

On Wednesday 28th November local housing association North Hertfordshire Homes is holding a consultation meeting for local residents to view and discuss plans for a proposed new development in Pelican Way.
NHH are proposing to develop the land on the site of the old, disused Murco garage, on the junction of Pelican Way and Southfields to provide affordable housing for local people.
The consultation event will take place between 3pm and 7pm at the Northfields Infant & Junior School. Everyone is welcome to come along and give their views and comment on the initial plans. The architects and NHH staff will also be on hand to answer any questions.
