Monday 1st October saw the start of an exciting new initiative by local housing association North Hertfordshire Homes which is launching ‘Privilege’ - a loyalty scheme for its tenants.
NHH is expecting most of its 8,400 tenants and leaseholders to join the scheme, which is designed to reward loyal tenants. The Privilege membership card makes them a member of Countdown which entitles them to discounts in many local and national stores, supermarkets and leisure facilities. Moons Sandwich Bar in Letchworth’s Arcade is offering a 10% discount on all food bought by card holders. Members will also be entered into quarterly prize draws with prizes including garden or room makeovers and will be entitled to many other benefits. .
“It has long been an ambition of NHH to be able to recognise and reward good tenants and to build on the positive partnership we have with so many of them, and this is our way of doing so” says David Smith, Neighbourhood Services Manager.
NHH is urging those tenants and leaseholders who have not yet signed up for the scheme to contact their local neighbourhood office for more details.
