North Hertfordshire Homes is a Registered Social Landlord, set up in April 2003 to take ownership of North Hertfordshire District Council’s housing stock.
NHH owns and manages approximately 8,500 homes across northern Hertfordshire including over 800 sheltered homes for older people and 200 temporary and supported housing places.
In addition NHH manage the freehold for around 500 leasehold and shared ownership properties.
NHH are an Industrial and Provident Society with charitable rules and all our profits are ploughed back into the business to finance improvements to stock and the development of new homes.
