At North Hertfordshire Homes we aim to recognise and reward good tenants and to build partnerships with them. Privilege is our opportunity to do this.

The purpose of our scheme is to acknowledge and promote considerate behaviour and to help create a culture where there is actually a reward for doing the right thing. It’s our way of showing our appreciation for the good relationship we have with our tenants.

The scheme is designed to say a big thank you, for keeping your rent accounts up to date, taking pride in your home and communities and for generally being a good neighbour.
