“I joined North Herts Homes in April 2008 and I work in Neighbourhood Services in a new role called Neighbourhood Development Officer.  I’m based at Rowan House in Letchworth and my responsibilities are to develop, co-ordinate and support projects and initiatives that are aimed at making the local estates a better place to live.  This involves working closely with a wide range of agencies including the neighbourhood teams and the local community.  I have really enjoyed my first few weeks within this new role everybody has been very friendly and supportive and I’m looking forwards to working on the projects that are being put together”
