Customer satisfaction surveys taking place in December

One of the best ways for us to check whether we are getting things right is to ask our customers what they think of our services.

From now until December 22, the Institute of Customer Service and research agency, The Leadership Factor will be emailing and ringing some of our customers to find out how we're doing.

Please feel free to provide any feedback, good or not-so-good and it will help us to improve our service to you. None of the survey questions will involve your personal details or ask you to provide anything other than your opinion of us.
